We were given an awful beach facing the bungalows . Because of the location we had to use our motor mover to get on the pitch. Unable to use car due to restricted space & fellow campers cars parked on edges of pitches and on road. Because of the steep kerbs we needed assistance from fellow campers to push caravan on. Our jockey wheel got bent because of high kerb. Pitches not suitable for caravans . Staff in bar are unfriendly. Paid for 7 nights left after 5☹️

Neuer, moderner, strukturierter und sehr gepflegter CP. Die Plätze haben alle eine sehr angenehme Größe. Auch teilweise für Big Schiffe ausgelegt.
Plätze durch Hecken von einander abgetrennt. Alle Plätze mit Wasser, Abwasser und Strom. Bei ACSI (21,00 Tag) sind 4 KW/Tag incl. Alle Plätze sind künstlich beschattet. Es reicht bei der Größe aber aus, dass man mit seiner Liege immer noch so rücken kann, das man etwas Sonne abbekommt, wenn man das möchte.
In der Rezeption wird in erster Linie Spanisch und Englisch gesprochen. Eine Mitarbeiterin spricht auch Deutsch. Bezahlen muss man auch hier direkt bei der Anreise. Da wir nie so genau wissen wie lange wir bleiben wollen, ist das für uns immer etwas schwierig, weil wir es eigentlich so kennen, dass man zahlt, wenn man abreist. So hatten wir erst mal für 2 Nächte gebucht mit der Option auf Verlängerung. Als wir dann Verlängern wollten, mussten wir erfahren, das wir auf diesem Platz nicht stehen bleiben können, da Langzeit Camper kommen. Das war wirklich das einzigste Manko was uns hier gestört hat. Ansonsten ist der Platz wirklich vorbildlich. Alles ist sauber und gepflegt. Ständig sind Mitarbeiter unterwegs, die putzen, kehren, waschen und die Grünanlagen pflegen. Es gibt überall Mülleimer die einmal am Tag gelehrt werden.
In den sehr modernen, hellen, sauberen Sanitäranlagen gibt es zusätzlich noch einmal Recycling Points, wo getrennt entsorgt werden kann.
Hunde sind auf dem Platz erlaubt. Es gibt hier eine Hundedusche. Leider gibt es keine Dog Stationen an denen man Tüten nachziehen und/oder entsorgen kann. Also: guten Vorrat an Tüten mit dabei haben !!!
Und an ALLE Hundebesitzer: wer die Hinterlassenschaften seines Hundes nicht entsorgen kann oder will, darf sich keinen Hund zulegen !!!! Komischer Weise sind es meist die Einheimischen, die das ignorieren.
Gutes WLAN ist auf dem Platz vorhanden, aber leider nicht kostenfrei.
Es gibt einen kleinen Supermarkt wo man sich mit dem nötigsten eindecken kann und morgens mit frischem Brot und Brötchen.
Ein großer Supermarkt (Dialprix) ist in ca. 1,0 km Entfernung, Lidl 9 km.
Das Meer ist ca. 1,5 cm entfernt.
Es gibt mehre Schwimmbecken. Eins extra mit Rutschen, eins am Eingang direkt neben dem Restaurant und dem Hallenbad. Auch das Hallenbad ist so ausgestattet, dass es von Rollstuhlfahrern genutzt werden kann. Es gibt auch extra dafür ausgebaute Mobile Homes und Parkplätze.
Vor dem Eingang gibt es 2 Ladestationen für Elektro- Autos.
Radwege fangen direkt vor dem CP an.

With ACSI we were really pleased with cost of the stay (2 months) on a clean and friendly site. The Staff are all very helpful and approachable too.

we have been here on a number of occasions normally Sept/Oct,this was the first time in June.Campsite had a totally different feel as it is now set up for the Spanish holiday season.Most of the better pitches taken up by permanent Spanish set ups which looked a mess with old caravans tents etc.Each pitch has a high sun shade cover which are good. Most pitches have water,waste and 16amp electrice including 4kw a day free,then metered.First women on reception not very helpful or friendly,others really nice.Weekend invasion of Spanish families(yes it is Spain) on the friday afternoon with 200 kids running wild with no real control,took over both swimming pools which are great if you can use it,Sunday tea time it was back to a quiet campsite.We love the area plenty to do and see if you get out and about,we cycled for miles.Plenty of bars and restaurants in walking distance.Would return again but not this time of year,would not survive another weekend!!

Unter der Woche sehr ruhiger Platz, großzügige Parzellen, am Wochenende durch spanische Touristen sehr laut, aber ok. , saubere sehr gute Sanitär, küche im Restaurant sehr gut

We spend 5 months in the winter season on Lo Monte campsite. We travel with a Smart car behind our Camper. There is so much to be seen in Alicante, Murcia if you are interested in nature, cultures and good food, Wein and beautiful beaches.

this is a very large site on the edge of Pilar de Horradados. the pitches are very large many obviously occupied by long stayed and Spanish families. the toilet/ shower facilities are excellent although some pitches maybe some distance away. very good site wide WiFi with TV hookups on the pitches providing UK TV. as well as other nationalities TV. there are two pools outdoors and one indoor plus sauna steam room and gym. the bar/restaurant is welcoming and has a good range of food and drinks in both the bar area and outdoor terrace. the town and coast is a ten minutes flat walk or five minute cycle.

really good campsite all plots are huge .facilities really good. toilets showers wash up areas etc spotless. plenty of hot water only fault on camp was when we went for a drink there is no bar so use the restaurant and was directed to a table to sit down at furthest away and in the sun even though most tables where empty and under shade we eventually picked our own table
only faults for us out of the camp is its situation in the middle of a built up area beaches a good 20 minute walk one supermarket 2 bars and an indian restuarant 15 minute walk and thats it .if you have a campervan or motorhome unless your packing it up everyday to drive somewhere theres very little about and not a lot to do
if its to just to sit about and do nothing its a perfect site

We booked in for aweek, left after 4 nights. The site kindly refunded the unused nights. The site itself is fine - large level pitches with shade. Power, water, TV connection and grey water connection on each pitch. Sanitation blocks plentiful, modern and clean. A small indoor swimming pool that you need to book sessions over the weekend. Outdoor pool was closed. There are 2 playgrounds for children, a kids club which, bizarrely, was celebrating Halloween on 16th & 17th October. One can only assume that Halloween will be a three weekend event this year at Lo Monte. The kids enjoyed it all. Not sure the long term staying retirees of many nationalities enjoyed it as much. We didn\\\'t mind a bit of Euro pop belting out. It all stopped at 9pm and they weren\\\'t noisy too late as on some other sites we\\\'ve been. It is situated on the edge of a small town. It is a 1.5 mile walk to the marina, promenade, beaches and bars. There are UK bars, an Irish bar and some great tapas bars. A great ice cream place which does some old school sundaes, splits etc. Delicious. We walked into the town every day we were there - 3 times. We\\\'re not ones for sitting on beaches, we\\\'ll walk - not sunbathe. There are 3 lovely little beaches in Horadada, a marina and a 16th century fort. We felt we\\\'d \\\'done\\\' it in 3 days. The problem for us was noise, external to the site. It is very close to the AP7 motorway and the N340. The town has lovely long straight boulevards that \\\'boy racers\\\' use at night with motorbikes. Town sites, occupational hazard. However, when we were there, at 8am every morning (including weekends) the local, very local by the nearness of them, utilized gas operated explosive bird scarers. This morning til gone 10am. It sounds like shot guns going off right next to you!!! Might be a seasonal thing but it scared us off!!
